LYRICS: FEBRUARY – A BEST OF
LYRICS: February’s Finest
words: Jamie Milton

This is late. Ok, very late. Ok, we completely forgot that this should be done. Which is odd because this is my favourite kind of blog post. Not enough blogs embrace the spoken/sung word.
February, as we mentioned earlier this month, wasn’t good at all. Although there was a couple of releases which we missed out initially, which could possibly be included in here.
Ok well here’s the top three lyrics we came across last month:
————————————————————————-
“And the day that we took out a car in the wet,
I thought to myself that the sky was blue as i’ve ever seen it but yet,
Still tinted with red”
EMMY THE GREAT – MIA
————————————————————————-
“Lay the blanket over hard ground,
Where it’s quiet, out of reach from,
All that can deceive, you from loving me,
….
All that we can see exists in memory”
SHOLI – ALL THAT WE CAN SEE
///ysi///zshare
————————————————————————-
“All of the gifts that they gave can’t compare in any way
To the love that I am now giving to you
Right here, right now, on the floor
It’s not your birthday anymore”
MORRISSEY – IT’S NOT YOUR BIRTHDAY ANYMORE
